Rates & Inclusions

All rates include accommodation in the selected room with the meal plan chosen at the time of booking by the guest or agent.


Booking Policy

To confirm your reservation, a credit card authorization or deposit of 100% of the total stay amount must be provided by the guest or agent as a guarantee.


Payment Policy

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, online banking, or cash deposit to Lippohochha Homestay.
GST will be applied at the time of reservation.


Extra Guest Policy

Our rooms are based on double occupancy, with a maximum of three guests per room. An additional charge applies for an extra guest (over 12 years of age) who requires an extra bed. This policy is applicable across all room categories.


Cancellation Policy

  • 12 days or more before arrival: No cancellation fees.
  • 10-12 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 10 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Note: The cancellation policy is based on the total amount of the booking, not the partially paid amount.


Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in, such as an Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID (for Indian nationals), or Passport (for international travellers).
Note: Local IDs are not accepted.


Child Policy

  • Children under 5 years of age without an extra bed/mattress stay for free.
  • For children above 5 years without an extra bed, charges apply for meals and stay.
  • If an extra bed is required, charges will be the same as adult guest sharing rates.
