Lippohochha Homestay started as a small family-run enterprise back in 2008. Back then, being the only place for accommodation in Sepi Gaon it was rather a bold experimental move to convert our lovely home into a Homestay. The journey since then has only been upward and marvelous, for amongst all the ups and downs we never failed to enjoy the company of all our guests. Coming from the Nepali culture, servitude is in our being and upbringing, it is a matter of giving joy, giving peace, giving a home away from home.

Our goal, since inception, has been to provide a unique and enriching cultural experience to all the travelers and trekkers. Through this informal setting we wish to give our guests an immersive time while interacting with us, as hosts, as well as all our fellow travellers. We prepare fresh local cuisine from locally sourced produce that ensures both healthy and mouth-watering dishes in every meal. We serve our meals in a common dining space where stories, music and laughter is shared with every plate.

We also aim to be a part of the Sustainable Tourism goal in India and this homestay supports generation of economy for the entire community by engaging local manpower and local products. We implement environmentally friendly activities in our premises for we respect the ever-giving nature for showering us with all its resources. Protecting it is our duty and our desire. Through our actions, we want to inspire people to travel responsibly.
